The Chili Pepper – Mr. G’s Double Barrel Burrito

So, me and a work mate went to Chili Pepper for lunch today, and I remembered an old habit of making a “Double Barrel” Chili Pepper Burrito. It is one of the best foods Yuma has to offer, and it is an amazing treat to anyone with taste buds. How do you make a double barrel burrito you may ask.

Order a burrito, either a plain bean and cheese, or a bean rice and cheese, and two rolled taco’s. You will be surprised at the sheer simplicity of the great-crunchy-gooey-goodness that makes the chili pepper double barrel so amazing. You open the burrito ever so carefully, and insert the two Tacos (remove the toothpicks.) Re-wrap the chili pepper burrito, and enjoy. Maybe you can make it a triple barrel chili pepper burrito, but either way, you will Love it. I’ve gotta say, I wasn’t the one to come up with the trick, but whoever they are, they are genius.
